There's a few good ones out there, Cello, Doll Master, (and for a bit of oddity) R-Point
Though the ones I listed are all Asian Horror
Some Psychological horror....well, America should make some good ones, even if American Horror is known for "GET THE ZAMBIES, THERE'S A KILLER D8"

Any alfred Hitchcock movies are really good psychological horror movies, definitely recommend them

This is all just off the top of my head, there probably are a lot I'm forgetting, and most I can recall right now are foreign horror films, but anyways...

-The Forbidden Door
-Diary (2006 Chinese film)
-Audition
-In The Mouth of Madness
-Jacob's Ladder
-The Shining
-Session 9
-Eraserhead
There definitely is more out there, but what I'm thinking of off the top. To define a psychological horror movie rather than a psychological thriller or a horror movie without psychological themes, I think the film needs to have a strong horror presence, or be laid-out like a horror film rather than, say, a detective or other kind of film, and the story needs to deal with a mental state and/or have a deeper meaning that may take multiple viewings to completely understand.

Perfect blue, it's an animation but still a movie :l. Theres also Infection and Kakashi.

Here are a few that I certainly thought were more along the lines of psychological thriller type flicks 
Case 39
The Silence of the Lambs (though you should watch all of them starting with the original prequel Manhunter in my opinion
)
Frailty
Se7en
The Killing Room
Those are all pretty main stream and should be easy to find. Let us know when you need more
